Action Bronson’s love for unique bites was recently made clear thanks to the Queens, New York rapper’s “Fuck, That’s Delicious,” video series on Vice. But it appears that the musician has landed himself in the hospital after dining on some very rare cuisine.
TMZ reports that Bronson had to undergo emergency surgery in Alaska after noshing on Bowhead whale, Beluga whale blubber, and raw caribou meat.
It’s unclear why exactly the surgery was needed, but according to TMZ, a rep for the rapper has revealed that Bronson is “good” following his surgery.

The Queens wordsmith uploaded a picture of himself lying in a hospital bed on Instagram, and left the following caption: “Well this Alaska trip turned into me having emergency surgery. #Fuckthatsdelicious #Recovery”
Action Bronson’s sampling of the caribou, whale, and other Alaskan delicacies during his trip was in fact for a segment for “Fuck, That’s Delicious.”
As host of “Fuck, That’s Delicious,” Bronson has traveled to Hawaii, California, Louisiana, and more to sample local cuisine and chop it up with noted chefs.
