A woman has filed a third degree assault case after Chris Brown and his crew kicked her off his tour bus in Colorado, TMZ reports. The singer is named a person of interest.
Brown was filming a music video Monday (September 14) with French Montana and Fetty Wap at Platinum 84 strip club in Denver. The production team banned cell phones in order to prevent videos or pictures of the shoot from leaking. The woman says she was confronted after refusing to give up her phone. She says it was broken in the incident.
Police say they have surveillance footage from the club showing the woman leaving the bus and are seeking to interview Brown about the incident.
