T.I. called in to DJ Whoo Kid’s radio show “The Whoolywood Shuffle” today (April 15) while on vacation in Costa Rica with his family.
During their interview, Whoo Kid asks TIP if there is a T.I.-Young Thug collaboration on the way.
Tip laughs and says, “We definitely got enough stuff to do one. I know Thugga’s working on his solo project.”
The two have teamed up on multiple tracks, including “About The Money,” “I Need War” and “Off Set,” which is on the Furious 7 soundtrack.

Though Thug hasn’t released an official tracklist for the Barter 6 (formerly known as Tha Carter 6), Tip says he may be featured on the album.
“I believe we got a record on there,” T.I. says.
TIP also mentions he has spoken to Thug about the title of his album and whether or not it is intended to be disrespectful towards Lil Wayne.
“I asked Thugga myself,” the Grand Hustle rapper says. “I said, ‘Hey brother, what you doing?’ What’s going on? and he basically responded. He said, ‘Everybody’s making it a whole lot more…I’m doing it to pay homage. That’s my favorite rapper.'”
