DJ Premier is the latest member of the Hip Hop community to speak with Nardwuar the Human Serviette while in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
During their interview, Primo discussed sampling James Brown before accepting a vintage tour poster as a gift. He also talked about going after bootleggers and beefing with M.O.P., as well as his love of Maze featuring Frankie Beverly and sampling Vic Juris’ Horizon Drive for Gang Starr’s “Mass Appeal.”
On top of that, Preem touched on Jaz-O and Jay-Z‘s early days as a rapper, in addition to working with Lady of Rage for future records.
