There has been quite a bit of confusion thanks to a video teaser that was released earlier this month promoting “Ridin’,” a track featuring both A$AP Rocky and Lana Del Rey that was to appear on The Kickdrums’ latest mixtape Follow The Leaders.

Despite the video, once the mixtape was released “Ridin’” was nowhere to be found. The Kickdrums’ Alex Fitts spoke on the mystery surrounding the disappearing song last week and now Rocky is finally speaking out on the song he originally wanted to call “My Bitch.”
“I might not put it out before because people already know what it is,” A$AP Rocky explained to Billboard’s The Juice. “It sounds crazy so far though. We were just gonna call it ‘My Bitch,’ but we’re not gonna get much play with that, so we called it ‘Ridin.’ [The song] is some Bonnie and Clyde shit.”
Rocky, who considers himself quite the fan of Lana Del Rey, revealed that he first fell in love with her music last summer.
“I first had had a crush on her from seeing her on the Internet — I fell in love with her voice the first time I heard it,” said Rocky. “I probably heard it in July, August for the first time, I think it was ‘Blue Jeans.’ And from then on, I’m like… I love her! Mind you, we never even spoke to each other, and then in Complex [magazine], when she said I was her favorite rapper, I was like, ‘Oh fuck no, man. I gotta work with her! My dream girl acknowledges me!'”
