Ice-T to Open Hip Hop School?!?!

A Rap and Hip-Hop School? It may seem unbelievable. Add in the fact that controversial rap star Ice-T will be leading classes and it’s simply too much to imagine. Nevertheless, the minds at VH1 have figured out a way to pull this off.

According to VH1, Ice will go into the exclusive York Prep School in Manhattan to teach 7th and 8th graders about beats and rhymes. Much like Jack Black in School of Rock but with a mixture of reality TV and Hip-Hop.

T will have the children learn about various elements of Hip-Hop including scratching and break dancing. Not only will Ice introduce the students to what Hip-Hop’s about, but they will also learn to express themselves through rhyme. According to a statement, the lads overcome obstacles in their lives including divorce, shyness and more.

With all these classes, what will the final be? The students will use the skills they developed in the year to open up for none other than Public Enemy at New York’s B.B. King’s Club

In related news, Paul Wall’s signed on for his own reality show on the same network. According to XXL, the star’s program may be produced by the same company behind Hulk Hogan’s present show. Details on this are sketchy but we’ll let you know more when we find out.
