Zanetta L. Yearby, the girlfriend of rapper Hussein Fatal, has been charged with DUI after crashing her vehicle in Georgia early Friday morning (July 10), subsequently killing the rapper after he ejected from his car seat, according to accessWDUN.
In addition, Yearby, 31, has been charged with failure to maintain lane, no proof of insurance, first-degree vehicular homicide, and reckless driving, the publication cites Cpl. Dallas Vanscoten of Georgia State Patrol Post 6 in Gainesville as saying.
Reportedly, Yearby’s black Dodge Challenger was traveling south on Interstate 85 at Georgia 15 (U.S. 441), when the vehicle crashed near the exit at about 2:30 am early Friday morning (July 10).
Hussein Fatal, who was a member of Tupac’s Rap group The Outlawz, was ejected and subsequently killed.
The Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team is currently investigating the incident, according to accessWDUN.

I would like to make a few things clear in regards to this article! It may not make a difference to some, however, the young lady involved was not a GIRLFRIEND, she was Fatal’s FIANCÉ!! Secondly and more importantly she was NOT DRUNK!! This is false reporting and defa,action of character!!!!! Her toxology reports from the hospital make it VERY CLEAR THAT THERE WERE NO TOXINS IN HER BLOOD AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT!! Both families are aware of this!! These lies are COMPOUNDING this tragedy!!! This is very sad and unfortunate for EVERYONE involved!! Think of his children and family when we make these reports!!!!
