A Houston rapper is alleging that Rihanna stole her song.
Just Brittany recently took to Twitter to state that the pop singer “jacked” her tune.
The 25-year-old’s song “Betta Have My Money” was released nine months ago, while Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money” debuted via iTunes last week.
The Houston femcee included Rihanna’s Twitter handle in her claims but eventually deleted the Tweets. Rihanna has yet to respond to Just Brittany’s claims.
Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money” is currently #1 on Billboard’s Hip Hop/R&B Hot 200 chart.
West coast rapper AMG released the song “Bitch Betta Have My Money” in 1991 and Tyga dropped his own version, also titled “Bitch Betta Have My Money,” in 2012.

This song is complete trash and the only reason its #1 is because it has the name Rihanna next to it. Guarantee you if some random girl released this, no one would even listen to it. Rihanna shows a lot of versatility on the song, where she kinda sings and raps at the same time over a beat that you could just as well hear a T.I. or Jeezy on. Sounds like Rihanna’s version of trap music to me, but somehow she hits #1 on Billboard, while Brittany’s track went unnoticed for 9 months. Hate if you want, but artists of her caliber have released flops before, and having a big name is no guarantee to success. The beat on the song is dope.
As far as Rihanna stealing it, thats just nonsense. I like Brittany’s version also, her rapping, and her style.
