HHDX News Bits (T.I., Michael Jackson & Living Legends)

Fox News is reporting that Michael Jackson‘s Neverland Ranch is set be sold at an auction on March 19th in Santa Barbara, Calif., in front of the county courthouse.

Financial Title Company, the trustee, notified Jackson on Monday (Feb 25) that unless he pays off  exactly $24,525,906.61 by the aforementioned auction date, a public auction will go forward.  But Jackson isn’t faced with simply losing the house. If Neverland is auctioned, so will all personal property inside, all fixtures and appliances, furniture, rides, games etc.

In the past, Jackson‘s camp has vehemently denied him being in any time of financial turmoil. Proving that the auction is not a rumor, Fox News has posted a link to a PDF of the official notice of sale.
    Jackson has yet to comment.
