Gunplay has found himself on the receiving end of an online roasting after issuing a cease-and-desist letter to DJ Envy, as their leaked phone call calamity continues.

In a post that has since been deleted from his Instagram page, the Miami rapper shared he’d be letting his wife, Vonshae Taylor-Morales, “take it from here,” while posting a screenshot of his latest legal clap back.

“I married a PhD in criminology Karen ass Fed good luck I’mma let her take it from here buddy!,” the caption on his deleted post read.

In the letter, the former MMG rapper argues that all of the drama — stemming from the radio host bringing up his newborn daughter’s GoFundMe page amid his car show feud with Rick Ross — has been detrimental to his mental health.

“It has come to my attention that you have been making statements about my client(s), Vonshae Taylor-Morales and Richard Morales (Gunplay), that are false and misleading. These statements were averred and disseminated by you and your associated on a national, if not international level through a public forum,” the letter begins.

“This has caused substantial harm to my clients’ mental health, as well as their character and reputation which further, adversely affects their present and future interests. These statements constitute slander, defamation, and potentially violations of statutory law across several jurisdictions.”

It goes on to “demand” Envy discontinue making “false, slanderous, and defamatory statements” about Gunplay and his family or they will be seeking damages in court.

Although, DJ Envy has not responded to the cease-and-desist letter, it did not go unnoticed with fans who roasted the rapper over his recent tirade in a Boxden thread while questioning his “gangsta.”

“B Humble Law. Lol.” joked one user, taking a jab at his attorney’s name, while another replied: “I had to make sure that name was real and it has that same lawyer taking sus selfies on the page.”

And, the jokes just kept coming. “This might be Level 10000 Trolling on Don Logan’s Part [Michael Jordan crying face emoji],” added a third user. While others criticized the “Chevy Box” rhymer’s gangsta status, bringing up the time he had his chain snatched during a scrap with 50 Cent and his crew at the 2012 BET Awards. “This is your tough guy super gangster? Still waiting on him to get that chain back.”

The news comes just days after Gunplay leaked a private phone call with The Breakfast Club co-host in which he demanded an apology for being dragging into Envy’s beef with Rozay.

“Why you talking crazy? About me my brother. What I had to do with anything, and my wife posting a GoFundMe? My baby was sick. She had a heart defect. That has nothing to do with cars. You know I’ll slap the shit out you, boy! Envy, for real, you know I’ll slap the shit out of you, right?”

Gunplay’s partner posted a GoFundMe for their daughter who underwent emergency heart surgery in February and they’ve since raised over $30,000 in the time since.

Envy responded: “We can fight, but that’s not the reason I’m saying that… I wasn’t trying to disrespect you. I wasn’t talking about your daughter. If you feel like you were disrespected, I’m talking to you like a man. I would never. If you feel I did, I apologize. That wasn’t my intention.”

The leak could potentially result in Gunplay facing up to five years in prison, as it’s against the law to record a person’s private phone call without their permission in the state of Florida.
