Gunna has ripped a page out of American history and replicated O.J. Simpson‘s Ford Bronco car chase in his new video for “Rodeo Dr” — check it out below.
In the video, amid a plethora of fan-fare from fans and suspected haters, the Atlanta artist is seen fleeing in an all-white Ford Bronco.

In some scenes, there are news reporters and helicopters following his every move, while in others, he gets his bars off while chilling on the famous Los Angeles street.
From women lifting their shirts up to catch Gunna’s attention, to men debating back and forth on if they really rock with Gunna or not, the chaos associated with the video mirrors the real-life drama he’s dealt with since being accused of snitching on Young Thug in 2022 in the ongoing YSL RICO case.
Gunna was sentenced to five years with one year served due to the time he spent behind bars after being arrested in May of last year as part of the sweeping indictment against YSL, which prosecutors allege is a “criminal street gang.”
He was released from prison in December after taking a plea deal.

“While I have agreed to always be truthful, I want to make it perfectly clear that I have NOT made any statements, have NOT been interviewed, have NOT cooperated, have NOT agreed to testify or be a witness for or against any party in the case and have absolutely NO intention of being involved in the trial process in any way,” Gunna said after his release.
“My focus of YSL was entertainment — rap artists who wrote and performed music that exaggerated and ‘glorified’ urban life in the Black community.”

Just like the YSL affiliate, O.J. Simpson was at the center of controversy back in 1995 when he was on trial after being accused of killing his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend, Ronald Lyle Goldman.
He was acquitted with the help of a powerful legal team that consisted of the late Johnnie Cochran, and Kris Jenner’s late ex-husband, Robert Kardashian.
But prior to the start of the trial, a warrant was put out for the arrest of the NFL Hall-of-Famer in 1994. Instead of going amicably, Simpson decided to lead LAPD officers through a 60-mile car cash throughout L.A. in his all-white Ford Bronco. This event still remains one of the biggest televised broadcasts to occur in American history.
The “Cash $hit” video was followed by the release of a raunchy visual to “Fukumean” earlier in July. Produced by Flo and Dunk Rock, the visual finds Gunna in a sex store with his friends as they prepare for a party on his yacht, which is what the song then soundtracks.
