Governors Ball 2018: Eminem & Travis Scott To Headline

Eminem and Travis Scott are set to headline the 2018 Governors Ball Music Festival alongside Jack White and rock band Yeah Yeah Yeahs.

The festival, which will host more than 60 performances, is scheduled to take place from June 1 to June 3 at Randall’s Island Park in New York City.

Eminem, who was announced as one of the headliners for this year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on Tuesday (January 2), will mark his first headlining concert in New York City in more than eight years at the festival.

The newly reunited N.E.R.D is also scheduled to perform, as is Jay Electronica, Khalid, Lil Uzi Vert, 2 Chainz, Vic Mensa and A$AP Twelvvy, among others.

At last year’s Governors Ball Music Festival, Chance The Rapper, Childish Gambino, Wu-Tang Clan and Wiz Khalifa were among a number of Hip Hop stars that took to the stage.

    1. Big Em fan here, but why the hell would someone want to book him after dropping that piece of shit album?

      1. Get the hell outta here man! You’re talking about a legend! Ain’t no album eliminates his legendary status! Have some warm milk and put your ass to sleep on that night as it’s probably sold out by now!

      2. Because he most likely won’t perform the whole album, remember all the other albums he did? He’s got a big catalogue, he could do various set-lists and it would still be quality! If he comes back to do at Slane Castle in Ireland I’ll be at it anyway!

    2. So I bought the Revival album on Dec. 15 last year and gave it about 15 spins. I stayed of the net and all Hip Hop News to make my own opinion. At first I was like okay….good shit. And after the all spins, i am like…really mature and awesome aproche. Then I read all reviews and see how fucked the Rap Game is now. Gucci Gang Gucci Gang….Em gonna be a legend 4 ever….Oh and before you say I am a Stan…I have up to date 1443 Rap/HipHop Albums in my collection from all sorts of artists…so fuck you bitch…

      1. well said! It’s amazing how retarded rap fans have became! Yeah the album is not up to his standards but I’d call it fire compared to the shit that’s out now days and with less pop stars, Rick Ruben shit and more DRE beats it would’ve been fire as it had a dope lyrical content, this album would’ve been fire! It’s also missing a hit track which hurt the sales…
