The Game’s Sexual Assault Accuser Goes After Universal For $7M Judgement

The Game‘s sexual assault case continues to make headlines as his accuser — who won a $7.1million judgement against the rapper back in 2016 — has said she’s having a hard time collecting the money.

Priscilla Rainey first filed the case in August 2015, seeking $10million after she claimed the Compton rapper sexually assaulted her during what she thought was a required after hours date while taping VH1 reality show She Got Game.

Rainey alleged that The Game got drunk and high and forced “his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.” The Game denied these claims and has always maintained his innocence.

A motion for a new trial was thrown out in September 2018 and Rainey then threatened to come after The Game’s royalties. In 2019, a judge granted a motion brought by Rainey, allowing her to collect The Game’s music royalties until the $7.1 million post-judgment interest is paid off in full.

However, it appears Rainey is having trouble collecting the debt from the rapper, claiming she’s only accrued $383,502.39 from his royalties.

In new legal documents obtained by AllHipHop, Rainey, is now going after the rapper’s label, Universal Music Group, in order to get the rest of her money.

“Rainey respectfully requests that a post-judgment writ of garnishment be issued commanding Universal Music-MBG NA LLC, the Garnishee named above, to answer the writ of garnishment according to law, along with such other and further relief as this Court deems just and proper,” the docs read.

The Game has long been defiant over the matter, vowing not to give Rainey a single penny. He declared in 2016 that she “WILL NEVER see $10,000,000 or anything close 2 a penny of my money.”

Meanwhile, The Game recently declared that he’s finally ready to tie the knot and make an honest woman out of someone, making it known that he’s searching for a wife.

Earlier this month, the Compton native posted a message on his Instagram Story aimed at any woman willing to spend the rest of her life with him. The Game kept it very simple: he’s ready to put a ring on it and all that needs to happen is for the person to show him they’re ready.

“I’m putting a ring on it this year all you gotta do is show up for me like I show up for you & pick a date,” he wrote on his IG Story.

Last month, The Game was on the search for love when he put out a tweet in reference to Yung Miami being taken off the market in her alleged relationship with Diddy. Game wasted no time asking followers to help him find a “Yung Atlanta,” “Yung Houston” or “Yung New York.”

“Since @YungMiami305 taken, where YungAtlanta, YungHouston or YungNewYork at ??” he wrote. “If you hold it down like her, you’ll never pay a bill again in this lifetime or the next !!!!”

The Game went on with trying to win the affections of Yung Miami, though, when The Shade Room posted his tweet on their Instagram page, prompting a seemingly welcoming response from the City Girls rapper.

“I’m single boo!” she commented on the post. The Documentary rapper made a move as he sent her the first six digits of his phone number in a reply.

      1. Lawyers always get paid before clients bird brain. The more work he put in the more money he gonna take as this drags on. His fees already in the millions.

    1. Imagine a women with education, no insurance, no workforce skills, no 401k, no Roth IRA, going on reality show with a bunch women and 1 guy while drinking and acting a Damm fool. You claim the only guy on the show touched you inappropriately and you need 7 million dollars for that trauma. I personally think the truth is somewhere in the middle. With that being said, she shouldn’t get a dime. Go get a job

      1. Go away, sexist troll! NEWSFLASH . We live in a racist and sexiat society! Black people and females can’t go to college. They can’t go to work. They can’t be successful. They Ned a white man to take care of them. But your racist azz thinks otherwise clearly. Black ppl can’t even go to school without getting shot and killed by the teacher or principle.

      2. Wow. You live in a fantasy world. There are literally dozens of black colleges. LOL. What a moron. Black people can do anything anyone else does. Problem is weirdo white racists like yourself keep insisting they’re somehow victims, and want to “whitesplain” what’s wrong with their world. People are people. Some are normal, others make excuses for everything and are lazy as shit. That’s all races and demographics dummy. Relax.

    2. I’m a person who waits for facts esp in metro cases.. But watching how the game represents himself in public esp when he’s drunk.. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is true..he didn’t show bc he knew he could possibly be in prision for rape.. so 9 mil is light

      1. Facts? He’s already been found liable for damages in court. On two separate cases !! The facts have already been presented
