Yesterday, fans got a glimpse of a young Kanye West in 1996 performing live on stage with his then-partner Phenom in his hometown of Chicago. Today, DDotOmen unearthed new footage of Yeezy while in elementary school delivering an original poem.
According to DDot, who received the video from one of Mr. West’s then classmates, the video dates back to 1990 when ‘Ye was 12 years old. In the video, Kanye can be seen delivering an original poem dedicated to Martin Luther King, Jr., titled “His Name Means Love.”
“A man who fought for freedom, a man who fought for equality/Those who were against him were too blind to see,” reads the young G.O.O.D. Music artist. “This is what this man fighting for/So blacks, Jews, Spanish and Asians can put their foot in the door/Yes, we know that this man was great/That’s why his name we celebrate/And everyone lifts their voices and sing/For a man who let freedom ring/Martin Luther King is who I’m speaking/A man who’s name means love.”

The train-of-thought of some of you guys is unreal, how you manage to turn a positive into a negative is beyond me. Get girlfriends or some good weed or something, it could help you mellow out and not be such douchebags…maybe..
