Fivio Foreign and Lil Mabu have released their first joint effort together, embellishing it with a hilarious step-by-step video to help viewers master the art of drill.

On Thursday (December 21), both New York natives teamed up on “Teach Me How To Drill.” The back-and-forth went live along with a visual supplement that features the Brooklyn drill star showing his protégé the ropes.

You don’t wanna be in no jailhouse/ You don’t wanna be with no jakes/ Watch what I do, listen what I say/ Copy my moves, follow my pace,” Fivio tells Mabu, who responds: “My fault, Fivi’, I’m new to this place.”

As seen in the music video above, Fivio certainly has a sense of humor about himself and the image he’s cultivated. However, he isn’t always in on the joke.

A few months back, he clapped back at people online who had been clowning his latest tattoo by making it clear that he didn’t care what others had to say about it.

In mid-October, the New York City native shared his new ink on social media. The tat, which reads “Stop Talking Behind My Back” across his upper back, immediately began generating negative reactions.

Under a reshare of the clip posted by The Shade Room, one user commented: “It’s tacky, corny and loud af like Jada Pinkett.”

Soon after, the 33-year-old took to his Instagram Stories to address his body art’s poor reception, saying: “When people get tattoos, you get tattoos for yourself, not for nobody else to like your tattoos. The tattoo’s for me, the tattoo’s for my body, I like the tattoo, I appreciate the tattoo, I love the tattoo, you understand?

He added: “Get in tune, n-gga. Just ’cause it’s new, you never seen’t it before, don’t mean it’s not— I’m just doing shit that’s never seen before, that’s what I do.”
