Fivio Foreign has responded to those online who have been clowning his latest tattoo, making it clear that he doesn’t care what others have to say about it.
On Thursday (October 12), the New York rapper shared his new ink on social media. The tatt, which reads “Stop Talking Behind My Back” across his upper back, immediately began generating negative reactions.

Under a reshare of the clip posted by The Shade Room, one user commented: “It’s tacky, corny and loud af like Jada Pinkett.”
Soon after, the 33-year-old took to his Instagram Stories to address his body art’s poor reception, saying: “When people get tattoos, you get tattoos for yourself, not for nobody else to like your tattoos. The tattoo’s for me, the tattoo’s for my body, I like the tattoo, I appreciate the tattoo, I love the tattoo, you understand?
He added: “Get in tune, n-gga. Just ’cause it’s new, you never seen’t it before, don’t mean it’s not— I’m just doing shit that’s never seen before, that’s what I do.”
Under The Shade Room’s Instagram post of the above clip, one user commented: “Idk I just feel like they still gon talk about you behind your back but ok.”
Another pointed out the irony of it all, writing: “You wanted them to stop talking behind yo back so they turned you around and did it to your face [three laughing emojis] success.”
Tattoos exhibit the range of ways in which artists express themselves through art. Just last month, Kid Cudi unveiled some new ink in the form of a skeleton covering his entire hand.
Cudder debuted the tattoo, courtesy of Mr. Woo, in mid-September, making it the 10th piece he’s had done by the artist.
“New ink by @_dr_woo_ Skeleton Hand Man My 10th Woo piece. What should I get next? Appreciate u Woo God,” he captioned the post showing off the tatt.

The jarring piece includes a slight homage to KAWS with the signature figurine inked on Kid Cudi’s index finger with a few hearts.
