Police are investigating Fetty Wap to see whether or not he was involved in an altercation at a supermarket, NorthJersey.com reports.
A 19-year-old cashier at a ShopRite in New Jersey says he was slapped by a woman whose friends thought he insulted her in line. The three people with her then started attacking him.
The cashier says that Fetty Wap was possibly one of the four people who assaulted him.
The worker declined pressing charges, but was told that he can at a later time.
Authorities said they are working to identify the members of the group and hear their side of the story.
