It seems TikTok has been the social media platform of choice for kids to pass the time as the coronavirus pandemic continues its rampage. After a snippet of Drake’s upcoming single “Toosie Slide” hit the web, TikTok exploded with videos of people dancing to the song.
Earlier this week, the Grammy Award-winning artist announced the full version of the song would arrive at midnight EST on Friday (April 3). He shared a photo of the single art and a caption that read simply, “THURSDAY @ MIDNIGHT @toosie @ozmusique.”
Toosie, who Drake tagged in the post, shared an Instagram video of himself and some friends dancing to the “Toosie Slide.”
#ToosieSlide around the house,” he captioned the clip. “@champagnepapi.”
But Toosie clearly isn’t the only one feeling the “Toosie Slide.” Check out more of the TikTok videos below.

Nah Drake this ain’t it bro but I totally get it if Tik Tok paid you to do this.
Another forgettable trash track that will not go down as timeless art. Thats the problem with todays trash culture. Nobody is actually making good music that will be remembered except for a select few.
What a suspect song and dance
Better than anything off Eminem’s new album. All Eminem does now is try to cram a million words into a song. Nobody wants to hear that. People want music to vibe to and feel good about, and that’s what Drake does here. Song of the summer!
You smoking
The article didnt mention eminem at all yet here you are talking about him anyway. The haters talk more about him more than the fans even do, its sad
Yay! They combined two things that I view as pointless wastes of time: Drake tunes and TikTok!!
Go read a book kids.
Drake too good. Too smart. Got the world doing a new dance again. How many viral dances can one person create!
People having little bit of fun and joy during dark times. We thank you Drake.
