Drake & PARTYNEXTDOOR Crash Kendrick Lamar’s Grammys Parade With Album Release Date

Kendrick Lamar may be grabbing all the glory right now with his Grammy sweep and impending Super Bowl appearance, but it looks like Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR are determined to garner some attention for themselves too.

On Monday (February 3), Drizzy and PARTY announced that their long-awaited collaborative album, which was first announced last summer, will be arriving just days after K.Dot’s performance at the big game this coming Sunday (February 9).

The Canadian superstars shared a short video that contained what appears to be an excerpt of one of the songs from the record — and also announced its release date and apparent title.

“$OME $EXY $ONGS 4 U, FEBRUARY 14,” they captioned the post. Check it out below.

Drake first announced the existence of the duo project during PND’s PARTYNEXTDOOR & Friends concert at Toronto’s Budweiser Stage on August 2 of last year.

“I know all you girls are outside and when it gets a little chilly, PARTYNEXTDOOR and Drake album will be right there for you,” he said.

Several days later, during a brief chat with personality Awaiz Punjani, PND revealed how many new songs were then in process.

When asked his favorite song he’s made with the OVO boss, he said, “The one we doing right now – all 15 we doing right now,” revealing how many tracks the duo were working on for the new LP.

In November, PARTYNEXTDOOR assured fans the album would be finished when he wrapped up his Sorry I’m Outside Tour – of which the final show was on November 6 in London.

The following month, Drake told Adin Ross that the project would drop in 2025.

During his Christmas giveaway stream with Ross, Drizzy gave an update on the album and promised he’s “loaded” with music for the upcoming year.

“I’m loaded [for 2025.] Me and PARTY’s [album is] honestly one of the projects I’m most proud of in my life,” Drake said. “I’ve always wanted to make a full album of that – of our sound, Toronto sound, R&B. So it’s just the best that both of us have to offer. Listening party has to be in the city. I think ’25 will be a shift. I think people wanna just get back to like just dropping their shit.”

      1. Don’t worry he’ll bail Top5 out soon and probably put out something with 21Savage and probably bail Durk out too for something. Shocking he never bailed Tory out?

      2. You’re a real idiot. Durk was arrested without bail. His lawyer has attempted to get him bail 3 times with no use. And Tory has also been convicted which means he is not allowed bail at all.

      3. Free Top5. Drake needs to go after everyone that turned on him Kendrick, Eminem, Kai, SZA, Lucian, LeBron, Derozan, Jay, Beyonce, all of big tech and these influencers

      4. TopFa& and all those ovhoes and their dick riders like akademics will all either go to jail or Epstein themselves by the end of the year.

      5. You think Kendrick isn’t guilty? He was signed by Dr Dre who’s also guilty and tied to others also guilty Eminem and 50 Cent, Snoop too and Pac wasn’t a saint he was into freak offs too the people in power just saw there was more money from him being gone.

    1. A lot of drake haters don’t know that drake appeals to women and loves and respect women unlike kendrick and his abuser ass mentor dre

      1. Men don’t want underage girls. You go ahead and spill their blood so they can’t make fun of your tiny penis. It obviously works for Drake.

      1. DMX warned us about Jay-Z too and many others it’s why they didn’t want him pushed and hurt his career. Unlike Tupac he wasn’t a fraud and he wasn’t fruity. NYC needs to respect the real legends X, Big L, Prodigy, ODB, PopSmoke, and he’s still alive Kay Flock get Trump to pardon that man!

    2. That song sounds like two songs playing at the same time. This ain’t it Drizzy. You wanna get respect back, make another banger like 0-100. Real quick.

    3. Everyone who turned on Drake is about to learn. Drake and his partners who own Kick are going to buy Twitch and fold it into Kick. All the naysayers should be scared Kai might want to eat his words now and that Hasan guy go away self delete all of you.

    4. im a fan of Drizzy but i think he needs a break. Kendrick wooped his ass in the beef and he refuses to take the L

    5. Why yall push this bullshit narrative. He didn’t crash anything. Literally no real person cares about this nonesense album. Drake is vulturing off an artist that signed up to be a permanent victim of Drake. Big deal.
