Drake has shown DDG some love over his new album âBlame the Chatâ even if very few fans bought it.
Speaking to Drizzy over FaceTime while livestreaming, DDG received some positive words from his hero.
Drake said: âCongrats on your album,â before he then made Adin Ross go sheepish over the fact he had not yet listened to the project.
DDG replied to Drake: âAppreciate you, bro.â

Despite the love from Drake, it has not been replicated across America as Blame the Chat has struggled to generate any traction at all.

It was initially thought that the album had only sold the equivalent of 500 units in its first week with the YouTube star turned rapper then confirmed that the album had only sold 1,230 units.
DDG later claimed that the album was actually on course to sell 11,000 units in its first week on sale.
Either way, the album has failed to chart on the Billboard 200.
DDG recently claimed that he actually lives check to check because of his extravagant lifestyle.

The rapper and YouTuber confessed on a stream that he has to work constantly to keep up with his expenses.
He said: âI have to make money. Bills are high. Did I tell you how much my bills is a month? N-gga, my bills high as shit. If I donât work, Iâma go broke ASAP.â
DDG added: âLike, I have to work. I donât have a choice. It ainât âbout me trying to pocket some money. I have multiple homes, multiple cars. I have family. I have a child. I spend a lot of money.â
Itâs not just DDGâs financial decisions that have been called into question but also his judgement as a parent.

Last year, former partner Halle Bailey criticized him for taking their young son on Kai Cenatâs livestream without telling her.
