Drake and 21 Savage are the latest artists to infuriate fans over the high prices of presale tickets of their upcoming tour.
Fans with access to the CashApp card presale drop were stunned to discover the fee for admission to Drizzy and 21’s highly-anticipated It’s All A Blur tour. The presale went live on Wednesday (March 15), and many would-be concert-goers ran to social media to complain about tickets reportedly going for as much as $1,000.
“These Drake ticket prices are outrageous,” one person tweeted, while another referenced Chris Brown giving lucky fans a lap dance on stage: “Drake concert tickets are 1k??? he better chris brown me on dat stage.”
Another person played on the title of Drake’s most recent solo album, writing: “I saw these ticket prices for drake’s tour and you know what Honestly, Nevermind.”
Someone else decided she would take matters into her own hands and find a way to work the concert: “Boutta work as a security guard if i have to see drake.”
The high prices also had people advising others to pull the trigger if their relationship with their significant others mattered: “Buy her Drake tickets it’s the bare minimum.”

Drake and 21 Savage announced the dates for their It’s All A Blur tour earlier this week with a cinematic trailer that chronicled the OVO hitmaker’s journey to superstardom, showing him crafting early albums like Nothing Was the Same, sharing the stage with The Weeknd and shooting the “Jimmy Cooks” video with 21, along with more intimate moments like spending time with his son, Adonis, and mother, Sandi Graham.
The tour kicks off on June 16 in New Orleans and swings through cities including Houston, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas, before wrapping up on September 5 in Glendale, Arizona.
Described in a press release as “a celebration of the last decade of [Drake’s] unprecedented run,” It’s All a Blur marks the 36-year-old’s first North American tour since 2018’s Aubrey & the Three Migos Tour alongside Migos.
Since he hasn’t been on an official tour in five years, the demand for the 6 God is high. Fans are still picking themselves up after Beyoncé unleashed her high-priced tickets for her Renaissance tour.
Due to the high demand, Ticketmaster set up a special process for fans to get access to purchasing tickets, and once they got through, they were then hit with ticket prices that retailed for a minimum of $500.
