Although Diddy and his longtime girlfriend Cassie broke up months ago, the Hip Hop mogul has indicated he’s not quite ready to move on. Last month, the Bad Boy founder shared an intimate photo of Cassie to his Instagram account. Not long after, Cassie posted an Instagram photo of her own, showing her kissing new fitness guru boyfriend Alex Fine.
According to People, Diddy believes the photo was intended to hurt him and the timing couldn’t have been worse. Kim Porter, Diddy’s ex and mother of his children, died suddenly last November.
“If there is anyone who knows how absolutely devastated Diddy has been since Kim’s death, it’s Cassie,” an insider told the publication. “He can’t believe she feels the need to post pictures with her new guy. It’s like she did it to upset Diddy more. The whole situation is just ridiculous. There is just no need to post pictures on social media at this point. Diddy is having enough of a hard time.”
In a cruel twist of fate, Diddy actually hired Fine to get Cassie into shape. Diddy reportedly thinks they hooked up before the couple’s split.
