Diddy‘s alleged drug mule, Brendan Paul, has seen his federal drug possession charges dropped.
As reported by TMZ, Paul has not agreed to provide testimony against the Bad Boy boss but completed a pretrial program to avoid any jail time for the offense.

Paul, a former college basketball player, wasarrested in March at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport following the raids on Diddy’s homes.
He was found to be in possession of cocaine and marijuana, according to police, and was employed as Diddy’s assistant at the time.
Paul has not yet commented on the dismissal of his charges or Diddy’s own criminal case.
The 25-year-old was initially named as a “mule” in producer Lil Rod’s sexual assault against Diddy in February, which alleged that Paul took on the role of “acquir[ing] and distribut[ing]…drugs and guns” for the mogul.

Diddy blasted the claims in the lawsuit through his attorney, saying: “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.
“We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with [Lil Rod]’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Yung Miami, was also accused by Lil Rod of working as a drug mule for the Bad Boy Records founder.
The lawsuit claimed that the City Girls rapper procured “pink cocaine,” which is a mix of ecstasy and cocaine, for Diddy’s parties. It further alleged that Miami and 50 Cent‘s baby mother Daphne Joy were among the many women Puffy had on his payroll as sex workers.

Yung Miami denied the claims, writing on X: “Y’all be going for ANYTHING […] Something the internet made up and yall ran with it!!! N-ggas don’t even pay that for child support why tf would a n-gga ever pay me 250k for. FOR WHAT??”
