Judge Cites Dame Dash’s Weed Habit In Child Custody Ruling

A judge ruled that Dame Dash’s visits with his daughter Tallulah must be monitored and that the former Roc-A-Fella Records owner not use marijuana for at least 24 hours before he sees her, according to TMZ.

Dash had been seeking to have the visits unsupervised, but the judge made the ruling, at least in part, due to Dash’s marijuana usage.

(The original story in this thread ran April 21, 2015. It is as follows.)

Dame Dash has lost custody of his two daughters (Ava, 15 and Tallulah, 6), TMZ reports.

The celebrity gossip site states Dame’s ex-wife Rachel Roy has been given primary legal and physical custody of the children.

Roy claimed Dash was unfit to raise the girls by himself and placed a three-year restraining order against her ex-husband.

Dame will reportedly get supervised visitation.

In other Dame Dash news, he and Kanye West have not purchased Karmaloop yet.

The Boston Globe recently ran an article detailing the demise of the e-commerce site which filed for bankruptcy earlier this year. As part of the bankruptcy process, an auction for Karmaloop will take place in mid-May, according to court documents.

Contrary to prior reports, West and Dash do not own the site. If they choose to continue to pursue the company, they will have to make a minimum offer of $13 million at the auction.

In March, Karmaloop’s founder and CEO Greg Selkoe confirmed to the Boston Business journal that the two were serious about the site.

“We’ve spoken to a bunch of different people,” Selkoe said. “We’ve heard from them [Kanye, Dame] and others ,too. There’s a lot of interest in Karmaloop and we consider that a good thing.””

Selkoe would like to remain in charge of the company in some capacity once it is bought and restructured.

    1. why does headline about dame dash have a negative undertone? Tryna ridicule & get everyone to hate the guy because he said something a cpl of months ago that a few ppl didn’t like. these websites need to stop with this ‘good guys & bad guys’ shit.

      1. He said “why does HEADLINE about dame dash have a negative undertone?”………..you respond with “What’s negative about having to bid on Karmaloop?”……which isn’t even in the HEADLINE, smfh. You couldn’t even understand the question you usless FUCKTARD. “Editor in chief”???………LMAO, it’s no wonder this site sucks so bad..

    2. Damon Dash doesn’t have any money to bid. He actually has a net worth of negative 2 million. Despite this, he is giving ridiculous business advice on the breakfast club. Ironic?

    3. Karmaloop seems like a good company a to invest in. It’s one of the most established outlets for urban clothing. And having big names like Kane and Dame behind it would generate more sales. It seems like a really solid idea.

    4. I don’t think Kanye is fucking with Dame on purchasing Karmaloop, Ye never said he was partnering up with Dame, it was Dame talking that shit almost a year ago, bottom line is Dame stay losing and nobody wants to fuck with him

    5. This shouldn’t be news
