New Orleans, Louisiana veteran emcee Curren$y has been announced as a headliner for the 15th annual BMI Unsigned Urban Showcase. The Warner Bros. Records artist who spent periods of his career signed to No Limit, Young Money and DD172/BluRoc Records will perform at Atlanta Georgia’s Terminal West on April 11. G.O.O.D Music’s Teyana Taylor will host the event catered to the Hip Hop and R&B genres.
Finalists in the showcase include Jade Novah, Skipper Jones, Dezzy Yates The Phreshbot and 2010 DXnext alum, Spree Wilson.
