Coolio’s alleged assault victim has demanded the late rapper’s estate pay her $173,000 as a result of her unresolved lawsuit against the “Gangsta’s Paradise” hitmaker.
Per RadarOnline, Randa Davis submitted a creditor’s claim in the amount of $173,069.28, claiming she was owed the money via a default judgment in 2013.

Davis had sued the Grammy-winning rapper for jumping on her back and riding her like a bull after his September 2009 performance at the MGM Grand Detroit Casino.
In her initial civil complaint back in February 2011, Davis said the “heavily intoxicated” artist invited her and a friend to a VIP area for some post-concert partying after he had performed at the casino’s V Nightclub.

She claimed that while standing on a VIP balcony peering over the dance floor, Coolio, real name Leon Ivey Jr., hopped on her back and “bull-rided” her, allegedly injuring her and causing her to feel humiliated.
Coolio ignored the filing until Davis sought to have a default judgment, an attorney then filed an appearance on his behalf. She was awarded a default judgment regardless.

Davis said she suffered “pain, disability, mental anguish, medical expenses, wage loss, loss of future earning potential and other damages” and initially demanded $1 million in damages.
Cooliodied from a fentanyl overdose on September 28, 2022, at the age of 59 after he was discovered unconscious inside a friend’s home in Los Angeles.
Paramedics arrived minutes later and pronounced him dead at the scene. At the time, paramedics believe he suffered a cardiac arrest. No drugs or paraphernalia were reportedly found surrounding him.
Coolio’s seven children plan to keep his legacy alive through an array of film and documentary projects in the near future.

In December, it was reported that the “Fantastic Voyage” rapper’s $300,000 estate would be split between all of his kids since he didn’t leave a will behind.
The rapper had major plans to close out 2022 prior to his death. He was on the verge of finalizing a deal for a Las Vegas residency, where he was set to headline 10 shows at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino starting in late October and running through mid-November.
