Common Touches Silver Screen, Not the Sky

Kanye West is ready to take his show on the road. Unfortunately, fans with hopes for two of Chicago’s illest rock on the same night will be disappointed.

Veteran emcee and fellow G.O.O.D. Music representative Common has decided to leave the tour in order to pursue another avenue.

Common will not perform on Kanye’s “Touch the Sky” tour because he’s landed a new job.

Luckily for Com, this is a role in a film with Teraji Henson. To make up for the lost, Kanye is ready to flip the script and make it up to the fans by performing more songs of his own on every night of the tour.

As of press time, the movie is untitled. However, if the chemistry Teraji and Common have on the “Testify” video is any indication, the movie should be dope!
