Coi Leray has issued a brutal response to former world champion boxer Adrien Broner after he attempted to shoot his shot at her.
On Tuesday (April 16), Broner jumped in the comments section on the rapper’s Instagram Live and wrote: “I’m on your body!” before adding: “Be at my next fight in Miami May 31st at the Hard Rock on me [heart emoji].”
The boxer’s attempt quickly backfired as Leray later said during the same broadcast: “Trying to bag me on an Instagram Live is fucking crazy. Like, dead ass. Get the fuck on. Okay?”
She added: “I’m not interested. Like, that’s fucking corny. The fuck are we doing here?”
Broner took the setback in stride and attempted to play it off as a joke, writing on his Instagram Stories: “Now the whole world know I’m fighting at the Hard Rock in Miami May 31st lol I’m a marketing genius.”
The 34-year-old will take on fellow welterweight Blair Cobbs.
Adrien Broner is not the first famous face Coi Leray has publicly rejected. Last year, Power actor Gianni Paolo revealed that the “Players” hitmaker swerved him after he messaged her on Instagram.
“Team single for life — unless it’s Coi Leray,” the actor divulged to TMZ, before detailing the embarrassment that ensued when he hopped into her DMs: “I mean, she left me on read a couple weeks ago, which is crazy.”
When asked what he opened with, Paolo admitted that he may have come on a little strong: “I just said like, ‘You’re my wife’ — that’s the opening line, always. So I said that. [She] viewed that, viewed my whole Story and I was like, ‘Damn.'”
“I showed Michael [Rainey Jr.] on set because I was talking to her the week before. He goes, ‘Damn that’s cold,'” he added.
A fan also previously slid into Leray’s DM’s to ask her on a date but had similar success.
In the viral exchange, the man said: “Not even lying, give me one date and it will be the best night you ever had,” to which Coi replied: “What’s the date?”
He then used Facemoji’s GPT AI assistance to suggest date ideas, one of which was “taking a boat ride and watching the sunset.”
The rap star wasn’t impressed and savagely responded with: “How about you take a boat ride out of my dm’s.”
Not sure why he’d want your beat up pussy anyway.

What I find “corny” is the way the young generation of women find everything offensive. Dude took his shot publicly instead of sending a DM. Arent women supposed to admire confidence ?
