Clipse Reveal Some Surprising Guests For ‘Let God Sort Em Out’

Clipse have unveiled the full tracklist for their reunion album Let God Sort Em Out along with the project’s features.

Comprised of 13 tracks, almost every song features a guest artist with Pharrell Williams making four appearances on the album as well as singlehandedly looking after production.

It was already confirmed that Kendrick Lamar will be featured on “Chains & Whips” but Let God Sort Em Out will also include appearances from Tyler, The Creator and Nas.

Pusha T and No Malice are also joined by longtime collaborator Ab-Liva and Griselda’s Stove God Cooks.

There is also a mini GOOD Music reunion as John Legend appears on album opener “The Birds Don’t Sing” while The-Dream rounds out all of the guest features.

Clipse’s rollout of their album has been nothing if not dramatic with Pusha T revealing that some pointed bars on “So Be It” are aimed at Travis Scott.

Pusha eviscerated Scott on the single, spitting: “You cried in front of me, you died in front of me / Calabasas took your bitch and your pride in front of me / Her utopia had moved right up the street / And her lip gloss was poppin’, she ain’t need you to eat.”

In an interview with GQPusha then explained that his reasons for dissing Scott were a result of him shading Pharrell Williams on “Meltdown” which features a Drake verse with lines aimed at the legendary producer.

He said: “The true context of that is we were in Paris, literally working, and he was calling to play P his new album. He came to [Pharrell’s] studio. He interrupted a session,”

“He sees me and Malice there. He’s like, ‘Oh, man, everybody’s here,’ he’s smiling, laughing, jumping around, doing his fucking monkey dance. We weren’t into the music, but he wanted to play it, wanted to film [us and Pharrell listening to it]. And then a week later you hear Meltdown, which he didn’t play. He played the song, but not [Drake’s verse].”

Let God Sort Em Out was also originally supposed to be released by Def Jam before the label wanted the duo to censor Kendrick Lamar’s verse, leading them to depart for Roc Nation.

    1. Def Jam fumbled this Clipse album real bad. Shame on you Def Jam! Hov might be on the new Clipse album as a hidden guest!

    2. Corny, dudes…….still talkin’ ’bout coke they never sold. Can’t rhyme ‘ bout anything else…..but still land album deals…
Wasn’t Malice done with the coke rap stuff ???

    3. great variety of rap guests, k.dot for everyone, lyrical and pop fans – Nas for old heads, AB LIva for the OG fans of re up gang and then Stove God Cooks prob the one I’m most hype for since he and Boldy do coke rap in a totally diff style so id also love to see a future project with clipse/push and boldy/stove etc

hope this helps stove get the recognition he deserves

    4. really interesting that So Be It didnt make the cut – im wondering if So Be It 2 will be the same dope beat with even harder diss bars or prob just an equally diabolical beat with the same message going at even more wack MC’s (esp as Push/Malice said recently they ‘dont make throwaways, they just make perfect songs and don’t make em if they aren’t turning out perfect so they have nothing ‘in the vault’ its all out there which is cool AF tbh) so that makes me think it’ll be a bonus track but if its just the rare ‘throwaway’ promo track then shit, I cant WAIT to hear this jawn even tho I heard chains and whips/birds don’t sing/ace trumpets already there’s still ten new songs to go

    5. hot take, the KDot verse will be dope but is getting over hyped cuz of the label issues making it seem like its gonna be even worse than the disses but I doubt it so I think Stove God Cooks will have the best feature on the album, a legit dope coke rapper who is younger/hungry and closer to the dealing come up side of the biz than clipse is at the top of shit esp these days, would make a dope contrast (same reason I’d love to see Push/Clipse and Boldy together)
