Chris Brown Rape Accuser’s Attorney Withdraws From Case Following Explicit Text Messages Leak

An attorney for Chris Brown’s rape accuser has reportedly withdrawn from the case less than 24 hours after several of the accuser’s text messages were leaked. According to TMZ, Ariel Mitchell’s client (only identified as Jane Doe) didn’t tell her about the messages she’d sent to Brown in the wake of the alleged assault.

After the texts were published on Radar Online, Brown headed to Instagram where he exposed an old voicemail from the woman in which she said, “I just want to see you again … just let me know. If you want me to leave you alone, I will. But I really just wanna fuck the shit again.”

He added in his Instagram Stories, “No more dragging me through the mud. CLEARLY YOU CAN ALL SEE THE [blue cap emoji].  Now let’s see if the media will keep that same energy they had trying to destroy me, to run the real story. Me and my team are taking legal action on this situation. You don’t play with people’s lives like that.”

Chris Brown was accused of sexual assault by a woman who says he drugged and raped her on a yacht docked outside of Diddy’s home in December 2020.

In the string of messages allegedly provided by the Miami police, the women sent nude selfies and told Brown he was the “best dick” she ever had. The messages also revealed Brown suggested the woman get a Plan B to prevent a possible pregnancy to which she said, “Oh shit ok I will.” Brown replied, “I definitely didn’t bust inside ya…just was hella faded so I wanted to be sure.”

After not hearing from Brown for awhile, she text him with her new number and told him she’d relocated to Los Angeles, where Brown lives.

“Missing u (sic),” she said in a message nearly nine months after the Miami encounter. “U [sic] were honestly the best —- I’ve had (emoji) lol I just want it again. Why are you playing with meee [sic] lol.”

As Brown noted, he plans on taking legal action against the woman. In a statement sent to HipHopDX, Chris Brown’s publicist said he didn’t want to publicly address the case but believes the text messages speak for themselves.

Brown’s attorney George Vrabeck of Vrabeck Adams & Co. Inc. said previously he intended “to hold ALL parties accountable so that we might begin to eradicate this behavior from our society. Our client deserves justice. The same justice that all victims of sexual abuse deserve.”

    1. What a stupid bitch, wtf is wrong with these women? Then again, Chris should’ve known better since he’s a celebrity that women will set him up just for fame, money, jealousy, or revenge. He should be more cautious.

      1. Should he be more cautious hanging out consenting people?.. or does there need to be serious punishments in prison and serious fines for people caught filing false allegations?

        1. Not even just filed false allegations, lying in general trying to ruin someone’s career or life online as well.

    2. These things might stop if women are actually held accountable. Prison time might make these women stop and think.

    3. I’m sure the lawyer had a part in sensationalizing the story as well. Punish the lawyers and the false accusers and maybe this will stop. You simps need to stop gassing these women when they all pile on a decade later accusing men of things that cannot be proven, just stories. Deshawn Watson, Bill Cosby, R Kelly… well maybe not him

      1. Lawyers have unchecked control and no accountability. Laws def need to be made to hold lawyers seeking these ‘victims’ out and making a case from nothing

        1. It’s a tough thing to do bro. We could punish false accusers, but it would inadvertently make it harder for real victims to come forward.

          1. Victims.. like the ones being falsely accused? They are victims and deserve to be heard.. just bc someone goes thru something doesn’t mean someone else can’t tell their story

    4. If wat Chris say is true n dis girl twisted facts to get at him for a stimulus den we want names! If u get wit dude n u know he ain’t bout no relationship den let da man be. Dere enuff pipe layin fools in da hood dat cud break u off if u really bout it. It’s time we men pushed back. If dat were some dude pushin up on sum RnB diva, mad cat be lyk harassment, stalking etc. I’m leave at that!

    5. Filing a false instrument should be a felony change especially at this level. This could have ruined his life and possible years of imprisonment. There should be a minimum of 3-5 years of imprisonment and a fines for the time lost of this waste of taxpayers dollars investigation.

    6. Fuck that. they and the lawyer were ready to rip this man’s life from him w no evidence..time to start holding these lawyers and prosecutors responsible for this stuff as well as the woman
