Cassie‘s now-settled lawsuit against Diddy has delivered a series of shocking allegations stemming from years of alleged abuse and violence. But inside the suit are also allegations about what happened behind the scenes of Diddy’s beef with Death Row Records’ Suge Knight.
The clash, which began in the mid-’90s, was part of the East Coast-West Coast rivalry that led to the deaths of 2Pac and The Notorious B.I.G.
According to the lawsuit, there was one occasion (a date is not given in the complaint) when Cassie and Diddy were partying, and a member of Diddy’s security team informed him that Knight was nearby.
“Ms. Ventura was also exposed to the intense violence that pervaded Mr. Combs’s rise to fame,” the lawsuit reads. “For example, on one occasion when Mr. Combs and Ms. Ventura were using drugs together in his home, one of his security staff barged in and announced that Suge Knight—a longtime rival of Mr. Combs—was spotted at Mel’s Drive-In Diner in Los Angeles.”
The complaint continues: “Mr. Combs began to get dressed, retrieved multiple guns from a safe, and ran out of his home to where he believed Mr. Knight was dining. Ms. Ventura became terrified and began to cry.”
On Thursday (November 16), the singer (real name Casandra Ventura) accused the New York-born entertainer of a plethora of crimes, including rape, sex trafficking, and physical abuse.
Although the two quickly announced they came to an agreement, settling their sexual assault lawsuit just one day after it made its way into the headlines. Claims highlighting Diddy’s history of extreme control over Cassie have begun to resurface.
This week, a 2022 clip from VladTV came back to light where Yung Joc shared a “flashback” from time spent with Diddy and Cassie.
According to the “Juice Box” rapper, the alleged incident occurred in Miami. Yung Joc pulled up to Diddy’s house in his yacht, where the mogul and Cassie were just “chillin’.”
“Me and Puff talkin’, we kickin’ it, and I’ll never forget this: I pulled back up, and Puff like, ‘Get in the Jeep with me, n-gga,’” he said. “So we ridin’ to the club, pumpin’ Biggie, and I’m like, ‘N-gga, I ain’t never really get the opportunity to be with Puff like this.’”
The crew, along with other producers then went to the popular nightclub LIV. “I was watchin’ Puff. Puff was lookin’ up,” he continued. “He saw this white woman, and it was bottles on bottles on bottles around. It was lit. Me and Cassie sittin’ next to each other, my wife was right here.
“The n-gga jumped off the bar and came over and said, ‘Yo. Yo, Cassie. Tomorrow, I want you to shave the side of your head.’ And I’m like, ‘What the fuck kind of request is that?’ So when I looked up there, this white woman’s side of her head was shaved. […] Within two, three days, she sent me a picture, and I’m like, ‘She done shaved her muthafuckin’ head!’”
Now this sounds literally unbelievable but plausible nonetheless.
Plausible because Puffy’s security team was with him, obviously. Hahaha

The media painted Puffy as some good guy who was just trying to make music when he’s been bullying the 2010s rappers and doing all of this fuck shit behind the scenes going back to the 90s when he got Pac and Biggie killed. Suge just stood on hood principles. You don’t have to like them, but he was consistent. You cross him, and he was going to get in your ass. He never just terrorized people for no reason. J-Flexx said it best about dealing with him and Dre. Suge just stood on his square.

He pillaged Cassie’s arse for 10 years and she went on to have two kids and thereafter remembered all the suffering she endured. Make it make sense. And he lived to have lots of children.
