The list’s #10 entry is Cam’ron’s appearance on N.O.R.E.’s “Banned From TV.” “Confessions of Fire era Cam is sorely under appreciated,” the story says, “and this posse cut is proof.”
HipHopWired’s list includes one of the Dipset rapper’s biggest hits from the 1990s, “Horse & Carriage.” “The gaudier sequel of ‘357′ is a representation of the ‘shiny suit’ rap that was prevalent at the time,” the story says, “but it was a clear that Cam was a star.
“What Means the World to You” also made the cut. “Cam did more that talk crazy on this S.D.E. (Sports, Drugs & Entertainment) standout,” HipHopWired says. “He matched that flashy jargon with ultimatums and ample stunting in the dope visual as well.”
