Casanova, who has been locked up since turning himself in to FBI authorities in late 2020, reportedly pleaded guilty on Wednesday (May 11) to a series of crimes in his Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) case.
The charges stem from federal drug, robbery and gun charges as part of his leadership role in the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation Bloods Gang.
According to ABC7, the Brooklyn-bred rapper is the 13th defendant in the racketeering case against the UGSNB gang to plead guilty. He’s being charged for offenses that took place across state lines from New York to Florida.
As part of Casanova’s guilty plea, he reportedly admitted to the U.S. Attorney’s Office he played a role in a July 2020 Florida shooting, a New York City robbery in 2018 and trafficked over 100 kilograms of marijuana.

The “Don’t Run” rhymer was charged with attempted murder in November 2021 and has remained in Westchester County Jail’s custody since December 2020. In February, he took to Instagram to let his fans know he was put into solitary confinement for a month.
“I been in solitary confinement for like 30 days I hate it here!!” he wrote. “If you haven’t heard from me that’s why.”
Casanova — born Caswell Senior — is expected to sentenced in December. He faces five to 60 years behind bars if convicted.
