Bow Wow has decided to fuel the longtime Nelly and Ashanti romance rumors by encouraging the St. Louis-born rapper to marry the R&B singer.
An eagle-eyed videographer captured footage of the former couple hanging out and holding hands at the Gervonta Davis-Ryan Garcia fight on Saturday (April 22) at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Bow Wow, who spotted the video on Instagram, took to the comments section to give some unsolicited love advice to Nelly, suggesting that the former St. Lunatics leader put a ring on it.
“Yo mo! I know we not seeing eye-to-eye either,” he wrote. “But from little bro to big bro, STOP PLAYING AND MARRY THIS WOMAN BRO! You like 50 [laughing face emoji]. Sit your old ass down [laughing face emojis] this your queen.”
Nelly and Ashanti dated on-and-off for over a decade after hooking up in 2003, and while rumors of them reconciling have circulated for years, the speculation seems to be heating more than ever of late.
Back in February, they once again reignited gossip about their relationship status after they were both caught wearing the same chain.

In a side-by-side photo shared on social media, the former flames could be seen donning what appeared to be matching iced-out Cuban link chains around their necks. The chain was eerily similar to the one the “Country Grammar” rapper had been wearing during recent appearances, such as at the Grammys earlier in February.
“Okay I’ve seen enough he is laying it down on her. Or they dating,” commented one fan on Twitter, insinuating they were convinced the two were back together. “I’m so here for this!!!” added another user, excited about a potential reconciliation.
Nelly and Ashanti also rekindled rumors back in December 2022 when they appeared onstage as part of Power 98.3 and Power 96.1‘s “Under The Mistletoe” concert series in Glendale, Arizona.
Footage later surfaced showing Ashanti grinding on Nelly while performing their 2008 collaboration “Body On Me”, which quickly went viral as fans flocked to social media to call for the Hip Hop and R&B stars to get back together.
