The fully reunited Bone Thugs-N-Harmony group has been working on Uni5: The World’s Enemy, their first release on Warner Brothers Records. After several dates initially posted for late 2009 release, the Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio veteran stars opted to push the return into spring.
Having hosted a weekend chat with fans on their BoneThugsNHarmony.com site, the group revealed some details regarding Uni5, and what fans can expect.
Firstly, the group refuted reports that the work will be a double-disc collection. Although as a group and solo-wise, the group long favored the 2CD, this will remain a single album. Although dates have pushed back in 2010, the group told fans that they are done recording, and fans can expect Uni5 on April 20. To prove that, the group’s first video will release to the public next week, although members would not reveal which song. They had already shot a video to “See Me Shine” and released “Gangsta’s Glory” to the web in 2010. Strangely though, the group confirmed “Meet Me In The Sky” to be a second single, with a video in production next month.
While Uni5 presently has no features, longtime fans of the group will be pleased to know that a bulk of the production is handled by career-long Bone Thugs-N-Harmony producer DJ U-Neek, who also worked extensively with Ruthless Records artists in the early ’90s.
Lastly, Layzie and Krayzie Bone confirmed that a Bone Brothers 4 independent release can also be expected for 2010.

THIS ARTICLE JUST MADE MY YEAR
this shit is taking to long
i hate the fact that bone might be shooting a video for the song see me shine or meet me in the sky. Thats not what real rap fans are looking for nowadays. Rap is constantly being screwed with the mainstream shit. Rap artists need to learn to find away of overcoming the mainstream and not become the mainstream shit. See me shine or meet me in the sky comes on a little too weak in the rap game now adays. Bone need to make videos for songs that have a lot to do with the way things are going in the rap game to overcome the mainstream. Inorder to get through these fans they have to show them why bone deserved to be popular in the rap game compared to others. If they can bring back some old school and sproose it up a bit to make it look like a new song, maybe that might end the mainstream. However i just hope this helps my favourite group ever and good luck on the new album.
looking out for this one
I don’t care what anybody says this album is going to be nice, and songs like “see me shine” and “meet me in the sky” are not mainstream at all, in fact they are the direct opposite of mainstream!
Hope Butter face Phaedra is not on it, she can’t sing, no matter what she thinks.
her site should be phaedracantsing
If any of you bone fans think this album is gonna be hard cause uneek is back doin a few tracks with bone you better think again. this is not gonna be the same bone you are used 2 bumpin, 1st off krayzie bone does not rap about murder or smokin weed ect. anymore due 2 his religious beliefs 2nd flesh n bone can not rap about killin or anything in that fashion due to his parole agreement so bone fans will be listening to ALOT of r & b type tracks on this album. if you heard the fixtape vol.3 they just put out this uni5 album will be alot like it so don’t get your hopes up that you’re gonna get a E.1999 Eternal or art of war album ever again from these cats.
