‘Blueberry Faygo’ Rapper Lil Mosey Consensual Sex Claim Rejected In Rape Case – With One Caveat

Lil Mosey was charged with second-degree rape in April 2021 but pleaded not guilty, citing previous acts of consensual sex with the alleged victim. But according to TMZ, a judge won’t allow their prior sexual encounters to be discussed in court — with one caveat.

The “Blueberry Faygo” rapper and his legal team asked the court for permission last month to introduce evidence that allegedly proves he’s had multiple consensual sexual encounters with the woman and received the resounding no on Friday (January 7).

The alleged victim said Lil Mosey sexually assaulted her at a cabin in Washington state after she and a girlfriend went to the undisclosed location to meet up with Mosey. After indulging in White Claws and champagne, she supposedly consented to having sex with the 19-year-old in a vehicle but eventually blacked out.

A short time later, she claimed Lil Mosey got on top of her and plied her legs apart so he could have sex with her again. The woman recalled having pain in her leg muscles while Mosey was pushing her legs. Once she came to, she said another man was forcing himself on her.

Prosecutors argued the initial consensual acts are “irrelevant” because Mosey was charged with rape based solely on the woman’s inability to consent due to intoxication. The judge clearly sided with the prosecutors but will allow Mosey’s lawyers to note what happened in the car, only for the purpose of letting him explain why his DNA was discovered on her body.

Last May, Lil Mosey was served with a pre-trial protection order, prohibiting him from getting within 500 feet of his alleged victim. Filed in Lewis County, the court filing bans Mosey from obtaining or possessing a firearm and obtaining a concealed handgun license. He was forced to surrender any firearms to the Sheriff’s Office and must remain completely sober.

    1. We have steered hiphop in the wrong direction. These kids don’t know anything but drugs and getting into trouble.

    2. How do you really prove he did or didnt ? 98% of these cases are gold diggers. When was the last time any average joe that works at starbucks caught one of these charges ?

      1. I mean. That’s so ignorant, Lol. Go look at your county registry. They don’t usually force local stories of that nature, and especially things considered triggering. I mean, it happens, but you gotta stop running with hyperbole. Andrew Tate looking oompha

    3. In his song, he says “Bad bitch only do what I say so”. That alone should tell people how controlling he is towards women.

      1. I grew up with Lathan here in MTLK Terrace. He is acting this way and having this power trip to women because in middle school and early high school he was the quiet nerdy kid that everyone kinda put in the corner. His best friend Rojhen always took the spotlight. Now that he has it, he has turned into kind of a power hungry monster. I knew he was guilty when I posted this stuff when it first happened on my snap and none of his “best-friends” slid up to defend him. Sad the person he turned into because I thought he was a nice kid growing up. Fame really does change people.

        1. Spot on. He is a poser. Nerdy lil kid in mlt. Funny how people dont care if an artist is authentic. Karma a biihh

      2. You’re actually braindead if you think that a lyric means anything. Half the time, rappers are writing whatever sounds cool or thuggish and going with it. Take that famous genius interview with Lil tecca where he disputed half of his lyrics. xoxo
