B.G. is back home and ready to work, and he’s promised fans that they’re about to get the “classic Gizzle” as he cooks something up with Mike WiLL Made-It.

The pair hit the studio together on Tuesday (October 17), and apparently had such great chemistry, they decided to do a whole EP together.

In 2012, B.G. was condemned to 14 years behind bars after pleading guilty to two counts of possession of a firearm and one count of conspiracy to obstruct justice stemming from a 2009 traffic stop arrest. After serving the majority of his sentence, Gizzle was finally released in September – and he’s been making up for lost time ever since.

Earlier this week, he revealed he’s also working on joint album with his good friend Boosie Badazz.

During a Zoom call on Friday (October 13), the two Louisiana natives had a chat with DJ Tony Neal, who said in the comments section of a Hip Hop Wolf repost of the interview that he is “working with both of them.”

Over the call, the 43-year-old made it a point to show his friend and collaborator some love while breaking the news.

“We got a[n] album coming together,” he began. “I just wanted to come through, give him a shout out, man, let him know I appreciate everything he did for me while I was down, y’know what I’m sayin?
