Beyoncé Seemingly Hits Back At ‘White Woman’ Criticism In ‘Hilarious’ Fashion

Beyoncé has appeared to hit back at the criticism she received for wearing an outfit that led to some people comparing her to Kim Kardashian and even calling her “white.”

At the premiere for her Renaissance concert film in Los Angeles last weekend, Queen Bey stepped out in a long blonde hair and shimmering dress, with many people noting that her complexion appeared lighter than it had done previously.

The Grammy-winner now appears to have responded to her critics in an Instagram post which features several pictures of the singer dressed all in white alongside her husband JAY-Z.

While her post, which was uploaded on Wednesday (November 29), didn’t feature a caption or explanation, many of her followers were quick to connect the apparent dots.

“One thing about it my girl she never responds to the haters directly but it’s ALWAYS going to be a way she clears without saying a WORD! #BrownSkinGirl,” one person wrote.

“Bey put on white, winter white and beige and said yep I’m definitely Black. My good sis is hilarious,” another commented, while someone else said: “Her wearing all white was NOT a coincidence [crying face emojis] Beyonce is mad funny, bruh.”

Others remarked on one shot which zooms in on Beyoncé’s face, with one writing: “And gave y’all the zoom in so you can’t play with her complexion!”

Additional comments included: “Sis said ‘Look at the melanin, haters’!!!!” and: “This is how you shut the haters up.”

Under photos of Beyoncé at her Renaissance concert film premiere posted by Vogue, numerous people made negative remarks about her appearance.

One said: “There’s no way this isn’t a Kardashian omg,” which was echoed by another who remarked: “Oh no even Bey wants to be a Kardashian now…. The world is upside down.”

Another commented: “What in the Michael Jackson had happened to Beyoncé.”

The chatter was loud enough to prompt Beyoncé’s mother Tina Knowles to defend her superstar daughter in a lengthy Instagram post.

“Came across this today and decided to post it after seeing all of the stupid ignorant self, hating racist statements about her, lightening her skin, and wearing platinum hair wanting to be white,” she wrote.

“She does a film, called the renaissance, where the whole theme is silver with silver hair, a silver carpet, and suggested silver attire and you bozos decide that she’s trying to be a white woman and is bleaching her skin?”

Knowles added: “I am sick and tired of people attacking her. Every time she does something that she works her ass off for and is a statement of her work ethic, talent and resilience. Here you sad little haters come out the woodwork.”

Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé is set to have its global premiere on Friday (December 1).

The movie’s final pre-release trailer opens with Bey’s six-year-old daughter Rumi Carter recording her mother and her grandfather Matthew Knowles backstage using a phone, before she is advised to hold it in a landscape angle rather than portrait.

“Rumi, now I teach you a trick, you gotta turn it to the side,” the Houston native says while facing the device.

The trailer also sees the singer commenting on how motherhood has changed her perspective on life.

    2. let’s just clear the air and say this, was told that this online shit had nothing to do with me for two years straight and that it was just little kids online talking . So shift all you want but I really was confused by it all and didn’t think much of it. You can castrate me all you want now but I don’t feel like it was or is me. But sure like I said I’m the one your after cause I said get a self book fine man just get the story straight, it was me bit no innocent person

    3. sorry for my comments but I have some people knocking on my door and going crazy thinking I’m a celebrity’s persona which I’m definitely not

    4. So these comments are mine because there was some white woman in the media and it’s suddenly been pegged on me or against me. Let’s be clear this was never me. I don’t and have never known anyone ever claim to be powerful so there’s no way it me. I made some comments out of confusion and sometimes the word speaks through me. I wish who ever these people are the best ive never thought bad about anyone ever, and ask that please leave me be I’m just going about my business.

    5. Black folks be corny af with their white people-black people issues… seems like more of a mental health issue or a form of racism that magically never gets talked about. Sorry so.eone said u look like a white girl, with ur fake white girl hair & make.up lololololol

    6. She’s a karadhisan mini me. She’s nothing now compared to Kim. Kim’s worth more than. JAY AND BY THAT extension ten times Beyonce
Now the fake breasts , nose job , bleached skin = L. Aren’t the carter’s supposed to be pro black? I wish Kim rapped and made a song to shut her and her husband up.

    7. Beyonce’s Mom’s complexion is lighter than her daughters. Everyone may have lighter family members (I do). To say that Beyonce wants to look like a Kardashian is insulting. Since Michael Jackson was brought in to this stupidity, let this be clear: Michael had Lupus and it causes Vitaligo. That is why his skin changed. The rays from the sun is harmful to Lupus patients, thus having to cover every body part. It’s an Auto-Immune Disease. I have Lupus. The internet is a great learning tool for research. Beyonce’s Black is Beautiful, Michael Jackson’s Black is Beautiful! All Black is Beautiful! Stop spreading rumors to remain relevant.
