Snoop Dogg hosted the Hip Hop Awards 2014, which aired on the cable network yesterday and featured Common performing his “Kingdom” single; David Banner, King Los and Treach appearing in a cypher; and DJ Mustard being named Producer Of The Year.
Other awards include Kendrick Lamar being named Lyricist of the Year, Kanye West earning the Best Live Performer award, Nicki Minaj earning the nod for Best Hip Hop Style and Dr. Dre walking away with the Hustler of the Year title.
Pappose and Remy Ma participated in a cypher, as did Lil Mama and Dee-1; Kevin Gates and Loaded Lux; and Taylor Gang.
Other performances included Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug; and T.I. and Young Thug.
