Benzino has once again flip-flopped on his feelings about Eminem, with the ex-Source co-owner making clear that Slim Shady is far from his favorite person in Hip Hop.

In a conversation with The Art of Dialogue, which dropped on Thursday (February 21), Benzino called himself “The Eminem Slayer” and insisted that he had nothing but hate in his heart for the man.

“‘Rap Elvis’ already destroyed him,” he said to the outlet, referring to his diss track released last month. “I already killed him with ‘Rap Elvis.’ Where’s he at? Where’s the response? I want to battle him face-to-face.”

He continued: “I think he’s overrated. I think he sucks as a rapper. And it’s fuck anybody that’s with him. I bombed on him. I’m going to continue to bomb on him. I’m going to continue to expose him.”

During his appearance on N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN’s podcast this past weekend, Benzino began to get visibly emotional when discussing his issues with Eminem.

“I don’t have nothing against Eminem,” he admitted. “He can rap but I care about us more. I don’t want to talk about it no more. My daughter came into this industry figuring, ‘I gotta be cool with Eminem because everybody is against my dad.’”

He continued: “I don’t hate Eminem. I don’t know him to hate him. I don’t hate white people. I’m tired of this shit, man. It’s just too much. I don’t want to be the bad guy. […] Eminem ain’t no bad person. He belongs in Hip Hop. It’s a big racist problem in America right now and Eminem could probably stop half of it.”

Following his appearance on the show, the former publisher of The Source magazine acknowledged crying on the show and posted an image on Instagram titled “reasons why crying is good.”
