He wrote in the caption: “I had so much built up anger, frustration and evil built up inside of me…….Ngl, minus the alcohol….I needed that shit…..it really helped.”
Benzino also shared a post from a friend that said: “I see a lot of people laughing at Benzino crying, I don’t find that funny at all. I seen killers get emotional and start breaking down in tears.
“Crying don’t make you weak, crying is just a human emotion, don’t ever get it twisted, a n-gga will cry right before he push ya shit back.”
During his appearance on N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN’s podcast this past weekend, a clearly intoxicated Benzino began to get visibly emotional when discussing his issues with Eminem.
“I don’t have nothing against Eminem,” he admitted. “He can rap but I care about us more. I don’t want to talk about it no more. My daughter came into this industry figuring, ‘I gotta be cool with Eminem because everybody is against my dad.’”

He continued: “I don’t hate Eminem. I don’t know him to hate him. I don’t hate white people. I’m tired of this shit, man. It’s just too much. I don’t want to be the bad guy. […] Eminem ain’t no bad person. He belongs in Hip Hop. It’s a big racist problem in America right now and Eminem could probably stop half of it.”
Eminem recently rekindled their decades-old beef on the song “Doomsday Pt. 2,” mocked Benzino’s financial woes and physical stature.
Over a sample of his classic hit “Role Model,” he rapped: “Now I got a riddle, one condition, you mustn’t laugh/ What is the opposite of Benzino? A giraffe/ ‘Go at his neck,’ how the fuck is that?/ How can I go at somethin’ he doesn’t have?”
“Arms so short he can’t even touch his hands/ When they’re up above his head doin’ jumpin’ jacks/ Sorry, I don’t mean to upset you, Ben/ When I talk about all the debt you in/ I hear that you been creepin’ on the low/ In them cheap hotels, that they catch you in.”

Benzino later fired back with two diss songs of his own, “Vulturious” and “Rap Elvis.”
