The “Johnny P’s Caddy” rapper last released an album — Tana Talk 4 — in March 2022, which was produced by  The Alchemist, Daringer, and Beat Butcha. Benny and Hit-Boy previously collaborated on the former’s second studio album Burden of Proof — released in October 2020.

Hit-Boy was namedHipHopDX‘s Producer of the Year for 2022 after 12 months of potent output – but his pick for his favorite work of the year might be surprising.

HipHopDX caught up with the talented producer in Jauarry to congratulate him on all of his recent successes and to ask what he feels was his favorite production of 2022.

“It would have to be between ‘Corsa‘ by me and Dom Kennedy and obviously King’s Disease III,” Hit-Boy said.
