A$AP Rocky and A$AP Relli have reached a mutual agreement to press pause on their civil lawsuit regarding their alleged 2021 Hollywood shooting.
According to RadarOnline, Rocky and Relli agreed to stop the lawsuit for the time being until the criminal case related to the shooting is first resolved.

The legal motion makes sense considering Rocky could invoke his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination or using statements that might be held against him by the prosecution.
Back in August, the A$AP Mob frontman pleaded not guilty in an Los Angeles courtroom to two assault charges of using a semiautomatic firearm.

Rocky is accused of shooting at his former associate and early A$AP Mob member multiple times during a “heated argument” in Hollywood last year.
“The argument escalated and resulted in the suspect firing a handgun at the victim,” LAPD said in a statement. “The victim sustained a minor injury from the incident and later sought his medical treatment. Following the shooting, the suspect and two additional males fled the area on foot.”
A$AP Rocky was arrested in April at LAX by authorities after exiting a flight; he quickly posted a $550,000 bond. Relli (real name Terell Ephron) came forward in August claiming to be the victim of the shooting.
He alleged bullet fragments injured his hand in the shooting. Relli’s legal team said their client has suffered “multiple death threats and irreparable harm to his career in the entertainment industry as a result of this incident.”
A$AP Rocky has denied any wrongdoing and his lawyer referred to Relli’s lawsuit as an extortion attempt. “Rocky didn’t commit a crime,” he said. “It was an extortion attempt by a former associate, who threatened to make false criminal accusations if Rocky didn’t pay him.”
Relli is a producer and talent manager who was previously affiliated with the A$AP Mob. If convicted, Rocky faces up to nine years behind bars.
