A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie has survived a potentially fatal car crash in his native New York.

According to TMZ, the Bronx rapper’s supercar was completely totaled in the incident which occured on Sunday (March 16), but A Boogie somehow walked away with just minor injuries.

Footage of the aftermath of the crash was captured on camera, showing A Boogie’s luxury vehicle smashed to bits and its front bumper and hood completely torn off.

Boogie’s team confirmed to the outlet that he was involved in the crash.

The 29-year-old did not need medical attention despite the devastating crash and was able to go home with no serious injuries suffered.

It is not yet known what caused the crash or if any other vehicles were involved.

Fellow New Yorker 50 Cent was quick to react to the incident on social media and offered a typically light-hearted take on the potential tragedy.

“The young [ninja]’s in NY glad he wrapped that shit, they be like [thinking face emoji] yo why @aboogievsartist tried to pull-up on us all crazy in the Ferrari and shit. how much them shits cost, 500K after tax [face with steam from nose emoji] I hope they can’t fix it. LOL,” he joked on Instagram.

The G-Unit general also added: “He good Tho!”

In more positive news for A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, the rapper recently received his first diamond plaque for “Drowning.”

The track, which features Kodak Black, was released in 2017 as the lead single from A Boogie’s debut album The Bigger Artist.

The Highbridge the Label founder had been vocal about his desire for RIAA plaques.

Speaking about his second collaboration with Kodak, “Water (Drowning Pt. 2),” in a 2022 interview with GQ, A Boogie said: “Kodak and I want a diamond record under our belt right now. So when it comes to ‘Water,’ it’s going to make ‘Drowning’ go diamond at the same time. We’re going to do the video together this time, and bring both of our fan bases together.
