Lord Jamar recently went on a rant about Eminem again — this time, he insisted the rap goliath was “wack” during an interview with RapMatic. Now, 50 Cent — who never shies away from giving his 23.2 million Instagram followers a piece of his mind — is labeling the former Brand Nubian MC nothing but a clout chaser.
On Thursday (May 16), the Power mogul hopped on the ‘Gram and clowned his Hip Hip peer for going after Slim Shady. Fiddy also managed to give him a new name.
“Lord Jerome better sit his ass down,” he captioned the photo. “thought you died already Nigga. Get the fuck outta here. you ain’t Grand Puba anyway. I’m gonna need a bum ass nigga in one of my shows.I’ll be reaching out shortly. #lecheminduroi #bransoncognac.”
Along with the caption, 50 shared a photo of Jamar with the words “clout chasing” across the front followed by Jamar’s quotes from the RapMatic interview dissing Em.
“My thing about Eminem and all that — and I hate bringing his fucking name up — my thing about this muthafucka is you can’t crown somebody king and circumvent the true kingdom,” he said in part. “Like White people will crown Eminem king because he sold the most records out of all rappers.”
Jamar’s beef with Em kicked up a notch after Shady dissed him on the Kamikaze track, “Fall,” last year.

Slim Shady is a great m.c. but, he also had an awesome producer Dre. He’s proven himself Generational evolving from a gangster rap transition to a platform begging for true hip hop music at a time when the art is unrecognizable. He isn’t the greatest in my opinion but, he is Great.

The same people couldn’t tell you who outcast, Pharoahe Monch, and Scarface are. They also couldn’t tell you who Talib Kweli is or even most DEF so I see Jamar frustration. Meanwhile Eminem continues to stay true to himself he doesn’t make any music about money he doesn’t try to make anybody feel bad he tries to uplift people he’s made numerous black millionaires out of all the rappers he signed and he almost gets better lyrically every year.
