50 Cent has worked hard for his money, but the rapper-turned-television impresario isn’t willing to part with it so easily, not even for his beloved baby boy.

In an Instagram post dated Saturday (April 8), the G-Unit mogul posted a photo of an Apple Cash request for $10,000 that, he claimed, was from his 10-year-old son Sire.

And based on his caption, it doesn’t seem like the usually doting father is willing to part with the money so quickly. “i just got this from my son SIRE, [eyes looking emoji],” 50 Cent wrote. “He is 10 years old I hope this is a joke.”

It’s worth noting that 50 Cent passed down his “Hustler’s Ambition” to his younger son, whom he shares with his ex Daphne Joy. According to The Los Angeles Times, young Sire got his first modeling contract when he was just two years old — and he reportedly snagged a cool $700,000 for the deal.

And young Sire continues to work to this day, with his proud papa sharing the news in August 2022 that his son was cast as part of the upcoming horror film Skill House.

The G-Unit boss took to his Instagram with a series of posts showing his son Sire Jackson chatting with the film’s director Josh Stolberg.

According to the rapper’s captions, the child he shares with model Daphne Joy will be suiting up to star in the film in an unspecified role, and judging from the photos Stolberg seems to have the youngster working hard.

In one of the photos, 50’s son is paying close attention to whatever Stolberg is telling him about the film, which made his superstar father very happy.

The following month, in September 2022, “The Mechanic” rapper’s younger son proved he was the apple of his father’s eye when he was awarded the Student of the Month award in language arts from his school.

A proud 50 took to Instagram to shout out his boy, who can be seen in the post holding up his Panther Pride Academic Award for Language Arts. “My boy getting student of the month,” the rapper captioned the post with a sly smile emoji.

Unfortunately, however, Fif’s relationship with his elder son Marquise isn’t as warm.

The 26-year-old, whom 50 Cent shares with his ex Shaniqua Tompkins, has had an acrimonious relationship with his father for years — so much so, in fact, that his recent attempts to make amends have fallen flat.

In October 2022, Marquise Jackson issued an emotional appeal to his father after he rejected his offer to resolve their long-standing issues.

50 appeared on The Breakfast Club and dismissed Marquise’s request for a face-to-face meeting, which came after his estranged son complained that the rapper’s $6,700-a-month child support payments weren’t enough to sustain his New York City lifestyle.

The Power executive suggested his son’s desire for a “sit down” — which came during an interview with TMZ — was disingenuous and the 26-year-old was simply looking for “attention.”

But as Marquise made clear in an Instagram post, he’s serious about mending fences with his father, despite being “blocked” by him on social media.

“Now y’all all see I tried to reach out to talk to my pops as a MAN in front of the [world] & behind the scenes,” his message began. “I have no phone number for you & You’ve had me blocked on social media for years so I can’t DM you personally & everybody that is mutual is scared to touch the topic bc they’re scared of you. This seems to be the only way to reach you.

“I’m not a kid anymore. No mommy involved. I don’t want nor need money from you. I stand on my own 2. I don’t like attention I had so many opportunities to get that and I choose not to. I saw the breakfast club interview and it didn’t sound like much accountability there was just ego, blaming and more so about money as if you were the child in the situation.”
