42 Dugg Apologizes After Skipping Rolling Loud California For Lil Baby’s Birthday Bash

42 Dugg was forced to make a decision on Sunday (December 12) and the move definitely left his West Coast fan base upset. Dugg was slated to perform at Rolling Loud California yesterday but instead opted to pull up to Lil Baby’s Atlanta birthday bash where he also hit the stage Sunday night.

“I wanna apologize to all my fans in la who came to see me today but for reasons out of my control and rolling louds but I will not be performing today ima take this time to reflect on my bad decision making and hopefully I’ll see y’all soon,” he wrote.

The Lil Baby & Friends birthday concert took place at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena on Sunday. In addition to 42 Dugg, Baby also brought out Gucci Mane, Young Thug, 21 Savage, Lil Durk, Meek Mill, Gunna, MoneyBagg Yo, City Girls, EST Gee and Latto. Dugg and Baby hit the stage together to perform their multi-platinum hit “We Paid.”

Another clip of the Detroit native has gone viral on social media when he was spotted at Lennox Square in Atlanta riding the escalator backward to give him a view of the entire floor and make sure nobody could sneak up behind him since he was without security.

On the music side, the 2021 HipHopDX Rising Star guested on Doe Boy’s latest single “Ain’t My Fault” alongside Rowdy Rebel, which arrived on Friday (December 10).

    1. 20 years ago he wouldnt have had to apologize for shit. Back then being a “fan” usually meant you bought the CD and play it for your friends. Now we have “stans” who are borderline suspect over rappers and are super sensitive about anything they do. Sad part is they pander to it. That just proves streams make no money like CD sales did. Now they always gotta be on the road kissing super fans asses.
