21 Savage and Latto have yet to confirm that they’re a couple, but the former’s apparent physical transformation has only fueled the rumors.
On Tuesday (March 12), DJ Khaled shared a bundle of pictures on Instagram with the “a lot” hitmaker to tease his next album. In the caption, he wrote: “Win wit us or watch us win, everyone has a choice.”

It didn’t take long for fans to notice that 21 seems to have put on a few pounds, which instantly became a dominant theme in Khaled’s comments section.
“He’s not 21 anymore he’s 41,” one person joked, while another added: “21 been sipping or munching big macs.”
Under the replies of a repost by 2cool2bl0g, one social media user even went straight for the kill and asked: “Latto whatchu feeding him?”
Earlier this year, 21 Savage got a new tattoo behind his ear in the same spot as Latto and fans have been trying to decode its significance ever since, especially since it seems like more than a mere coincidence.
Many are speculating that the “redrum” hitmaker’s new ink says “Alyssa,” which is Latto’s real name. Furthermore, her tattoo in the same location says “Sheyaa,” which is 21 Savage’s birth name.
While Latto has played coy about her love life, 21 previously denied he was in a relationship with a fellow celebrity.
“I’ve been hot for a long time. I don’t do all the antics and shit. I don’t got a celebrity girlfriend,” he said on Clubhouse in 2022.
