Megan Thee Stallion’s bodyguard wants people to know he’ll be protecting her if she faces danger again. A few months after Tory Lanez allegedly shot her, Hot Girl Meg’s guard invaded her Instagram Live and issued a warning to viewers.
“Guess what muthafuckas,” he declared, prompting Megan to call out his name. “I’m here too, so if you think you with the bullshit, best believe I’m with the bullshit too.”
Megan reacted to his comments by saying, “Justin is a psycho, dawg. Justin said, ‘Bitch, you never going nowhere by yourself again.”
In July, Megan revealed she was shot in the foot during an incident involving Lanez in Los Angeles. At the time, he was only arrested for carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle.
The Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping artist didn’t publicly identify Lanez as the shooter at first, but reports emerged claiming he was the triggerman. Once these details emerged, the Los Angeles Police Department opened an investigation into the shooting.

After watching the situation become a topic of jokes and memes, Megan vented about her trauma being used as a source of humor on social media. She also noticed doubt emerging about what really went down, which led to her finally confirming Lanez was the shooter in August.
“I’m from the Southside [of Houston] — it ain’t like, ‘Let me go run and tell my business to the police, you know what I’m saying?” she said in an Instagram livestream. “I ain’t never been that type of person. But I’m not gonna let y’all keep playing in my face. And I’m not gonna let this bitch ass play in my face either.”
She stated, “So, since you hoes so worried ’bout it, yes this nigga Tory shot me. You shot me! And you got your publicist and your people going to these blogs lying and shit. Stop lying.”
