Rap-A-Lot Records CEO J. Prince was a recent guest on Van Lathan’s Red Pill Podcast where he was discussing his new book, The Art & Science of Respect.
During the conversation, the topic turned to politics and Prince was asked if he’d take a meeting with Donald Trump.
“If I had an invitation to go and sit with him, I would go,” Prince says. “I can only speak for me because people have reasons why they want to do different things.”
Lathan suggests people might be offended by simply admitting he’d welcome a meeting with 45.
“That’s because the elevator only go up so far,” he replies. “Anybody know me, if I go, it’s gonna be with a purpose and I gonna be about my people. Matter of fact, they should welcome me to go ’cause I’m that type of individual where I got character whether they’re looking or not.”
Prince also assured Lathan his visit with Trump would be totally different from the circus Kanye West brought to the Oval Office last week.
